Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem MRI Tech for the Radiology Unit at Newton Medical Center. The shifts vary as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
The candidate selected for this position will:
* The candidate selected for this position will promote a culture of healing, while accurately interpreting and performing all MRI imaging protocols
* The candidate will practice in accordance with state, federal and professional standards
* Must demonstrate knowledge of MR imaging equipment; including set-up, utilization, basic troubleshooting and proper care for all equipment
* Will abide by strict MR Safety standards and evaluate MR scans for technical quality
* EPIC and PACS will be used to manage patient workflow and transmit images for interpretation
* Must be competent with IV skills and preparing/administering contrast media
