- Manage and grow a private client tax portfolio, delivering compliance and strategic advisory.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored advice across multiple sectors.
- Ensure all Revenue compliance deadlines and obligations are met.
- Coordinate workflow and collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Private Client Tax team, including coaching and appraisals.
- Monitor performance, utilisation, and work‑in‑progress, driving quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support across the wider team.
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, CA (Ireland) or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive personal or private client tax experience in practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and strategic advisory capability.
- Experience advising clients across multiple sectors.
- Confident communicator and senior relationship builder. xcfaprz
