Senior Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics experience for a top multinational in Dublin. Hybrid remote

• Lead user requirements workshops, providing challenge to the users to ensure the requirements meet desired business outcomes
• Partner with technical delivery teams to translate business requirements into well designed technical solutions, ensuring the end-state solution matches the business requirements
• Design and implement testing and training plans
• Work with the business to ensure a smooth transition from dev to production

• 5+ years Tech / Business Analysis experience, ideally coming from a large consulting house or well established internal corporate environment
• Experience of several technology areas including but not limited to: third party vendor integrations, ERP, CRM, MS Dynamics
• Experience gathering, defining and xcfaprz documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of the full development and software delivery lifecycle
• Experience in the delivery of large-scale business/technology programmes
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including the creation of User Stories
