Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
Strong expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting
Hands‑on experience with Always On and high availability architectures
Proficiency with SQL Server tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSDS)
Experience supporting high-volume, enterprise environments
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Linux environments
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Exposure to technologies such as Redis and TigerGraph
Experience with other RDBMS platforms
Background in large-scale migrations and modernization
Compensation Hourly Rate: $58 - $63 per hour. This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
