Candidate should be based out Ireland, Dublin and not from other locations. Role Description
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma. Create personas through a mix of user testing and data analysis. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create ESB compliant user-centric designs (ESB brand, accessibility WCAG 2.1 AA, security, privacy and Gaeilge by design). Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure that designs meet the needs of users. Collaborate with ESB's Digital Accelerator, Digital Factory, and business customers to define requirements. Communicate design ideas to developers and business stakeholders. Stay up to date on the latest design trends and best practices.
