*Position Overview:*
Lone Tree Retirement Community is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated *CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant* to join our team. At *Lone Tree Retirement Community*, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home. As a *CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant*, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
*Key Responsibilities:*
As a *CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant* at *Lone Tree Retirement Community*, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Providing compassionate, high-quality care in alignment with *Lone Tree Retirement Community* standards
* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
* Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
* Building trusting and respectful relationships with residents and their families
* Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
*Qualifications:*
* Active certification as a *CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant*
* Previous experience as a *CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant* preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
