The meat department associate is responsible for keeping cases stocked, greeting customers, taking orders, resolving concerns, setting up displays, ensuring product freshness, handling spoiled or damaged products, grinding and cutting meats, maintaining logs, adhering to safety codes, ensuring sanitation, disposing of trash, minimizing shrink, reporting shortages, assisting with deliveries, and utilizing company provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE). This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience required.
