Upstate Breaker Wholesale Supply, Inc. is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Caledonia location. The desired applicant will work 40 hours a week in an industrial/office setting with varying hours between 7:00am - 5:30pm. Duties to Include: Must effectively handle inbound and outbound sales calls and answer any questions or concerns a prospective or current customer may have. You will be responsible for determining an item's condition and creating online listings using a digital camera and computer. You will also be responsible for warehouse inventory, pulling items to fulfill orders. Oftentimes, the use of a scissor lift or forklift will be necessary. Training will be provided on-site for qualified candidates. Salary Range: $18.00/hour - $23.00/hour For information and consideration, please call 585-349-2666
