Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial construction projects from bidding and estimation through project closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owners while using Procore  as the central project management platform. This role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to drive projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction planning through final closeout
• Develop, track, and update project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings, including OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Utilize Procore  daily to manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, change events, budgets, and project documentation
• Review and approve subcontractor scopes, contracts, pay applications, and change orders
• Coordinate with superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans and schedules
• Monitor project costs and proactively identify risks, cost overruns, and schedule impacts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and contract documents
• Prepare and maintain accurate project reporting and documentation

Experience:

• commercial construction project management: 7 years (Preferred)
