The Braze Solutions Architect ensures that Braze is architected, governed, and evolved to support personalized, compliant, and scalable guest engagement across the integrated resort. This role translates marketing and product strategy into robust technical solutions while enabling teams to execute efficiently and confidently.
Job Responsibilities
Own the solution architecture and technical strategy for Braze
Design and govern data ingestion, identity resolution, and event taxonomy
Enable omnichannel orchestration across mobile, web, email, SMS, and in-property channels
Partner with Campaign Ops to scale campaign execution through reusable patterns
Collaborate with Mobile and Web teams on SDK, API, and event implementation
Ensure regulatory compliance and consent enforcement within all workflows
Document architecture, standards, and implementation guidelines
Lead technical design for new personalization and lifecycle use cases
Evaluate and recommend MarTech enhancements or integrations
Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting support
Align Braze capabilities with MarTech Product roadmap
Advocate for platform health, scalability, and long-term sustainability

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in both an office and casino environment.
Position Type/Expected Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times.
Qualifications: Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma
Additional education or experience and certification preferred
Understanding of product development life cycle
3+ years working in the hospitality industry preferred
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Age, Certifications and Work Cards
21 years of age or above.
A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position.
