Masonary Foreman

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee masonry restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule tuckpointers and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schematics
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project compliance
- Monitor and track project progress, including materials, labor, and equipment usage
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the masonry industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry restoration processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
