Holbrook Heating Inc. is growing again And we are looking for you. We have a current opening for a Residential Comfort Advisor to join our HVAC family. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, common sense, and love to solve our customer's problems. The right candidate will have proven sales experience and success in retail sales, both residential and light commercial sales processes. This commissioned based sales position in our Albany/ Capital region location has the potential of 100k+ for the right motivated individuals. Primary Job Function:

• To educate customers on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment in their home. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
• Valid driver's license

• 5+ years' experience in home sales
