Commercial Assistant & the Coteaux and Caves Châtenay-Bouvier form one of the most important wine cellars in the Neuchâtel district. The companies produce and market wines from the Cave des Coteaux, Châtenay wines, wines from the Domaine du Vin du Diable, those of the Château de Vaumarcus, as well as the Swiss sparkling wines Bouvier Frères. Our products are very present locally in both gastronomy and with major distributors. In the context of a retirement, we are looking for a commercial assistant to join the existing team and enhance our off-site visibility. Cave des Coteaux in Areuse / Boudry.Main MissionEnsure customer reception, management and logistics of orders (individuals, professionals, and distributors) as well as support for commercial actions.- Reception and entry of orders (direct customers, representatives, wholesalers, etc.)- Establishment of route plans and transmission to the teams- Contacts with carriers (Planzer, Zbinden, etc.) for deliveries outside routes- Follow-up and update of stocks- Customer reception in our shop, advice and processing of sales- Closing of cash registers at the end of the day- Cash control- Activity of ( % of work time) to create content for social networks in accordance with validated messages and the editorial schedule- Support for marketing activities / project management / eventsProfile- Commercial training or equivalent experience- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or order management- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers- Rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibilityRequired Skills- Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Knowledge of an ERP (WinBiz or equivalent) is a plus- Good oral and written skills in French and Swiss German/German, along with familiarity with social networks- Knowledge of the wine sector is an advantageOthers- Evolution of tasks possible according to opportunities and needs:- Permanent contract 80%- Hours: 7 am to 1:30 pm- Occasional work on weekends and evenings (Open cellars, events).- Start date: immediately or to be agreed- Location: Boudry (NE)- Salary: according to experience and percentage rate (%) jid82a13e1aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
