A company is looking for a Systems Administrator I to join their growing Technology team. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage day-to-day operations for Microsoft 365 products and cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS Support the administration of the organization's zero trust platform and network infrastructure Assist with endpoint management and device support throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar IT role Strong technical aptitude with a demonstrated security-first mindset Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS applications Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and endpoint management platforms
