Border Protection Specialist

The U.S. Border Patrol is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill entry-level positions as Border Patrol Agents (BPAs). As a BPA, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our nation's borders and enforcing customs laws.

BPs are responsible for detecting and preventing the smuggling of people, goods, and contraband across the border. They also conduct investigations into human trafficking cases, as well as other crimes such as identity theft and immigration violations.

• Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates) for at least three of the last five years.
