Protective Service Specialist

• Patrolling the international border by foot or vehicle using advanced surveillance equipment such as infrared scopes during night operations
• Inspecting documents, questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws, preventing unauthorized entry into the country

• You must be a U.S citizen with primary residency in the United States for at least 3 out of 5 years prior to your application date.


• A bachelor's degree or relevant experience demonstrating ability to learn quickly through classroom instruction/or on-the-job training required depending upon grade level sought (GL-5/GL-7).
