JOB DUTIES:
1) Calendar management.
2) Making travel arrangements.
3) Administrative tasks.
4) Phone, email, and chat support.
5) Other admin-related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Excellent fluency in the English language.
2) At least 1-2 years of virtual assistance or admin support experience.
3) Prior experience with social media management, email marketing, blog or content writing, and research is preferred but not mandatory.
4) Some sort of experience with any CRM platform.
5) Professional, ethical, detail-oriented, smart and a go getter.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS:
1) Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
2) A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one).
3) Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB RAM).
4) Power and internet backup (if needed).
