As part of this journey, Kohltech is strengthening its IT delivery capability to ensure that technology initiatives are well-prioritized, effectively executed, and closely aligned with business objectives. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategic priorities into executable IT programs and ensuring that projects are delivered with discipline, clarity, and measurable impact.
Role Overview
The Manager, IT Project Delivery and Digital Enablement is an enterprise leadership role that positions technology as an enabler of enterprise performance and integration. The role is accountable for translating business priorities into well-defined technology initiatives and delivering them with focus, discipline, and adoption across the organization.
This role is required to support Kohltech's future growth by leading the Technology Enablement strategic priority. Working in close partnership with enterprise leaders this role turns enterprise intent into practical systems, tools, and capabilities that strengthen integration across plants and shared services.
The role complements the IT Operations and Support function by focusing on change, improvement, and future readiness, while maintaining close coordination to protect system stability and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership and Strategic Alignment
Act as the primary IT partner to functional leaders across operations, sales, finance, human resources, and shared services
Translate enterprise priorities into clear and time bound technology initiatives and roadmaps
Advise leadership on how technology can simplify work, improve performance, and enable growth
Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with the strategic and broader enterprise priorities
IT Project and Portfolio Leadership
Own and manage the portfolio of technology development, improvement, and modernization initiatives
Lead project definition, prioritization, sequencing, and execution in partnership with business process owners
Establish clear scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and measures of success
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver results with discipline and accountability
Digital Modernization and Enablement
Identify opportunities to digitize, automate, or simplify existing processes
Introduce systems to provide personalized secure real time data to external stakeholders including dealers and consumers
Apply modern platforms, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and insight
Introduce solutions that reduce administrative burden and rework
Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted by the business
Knowledge Capture and Risk Mitigation
Reduce reliance on individual expertise by embedding knowledge and workflows into systems
Drive documentation, process standardization, and consistent ways of working
Support onboarding, succession, and workforce transition through strong system design and data integrity
Strengthen organizational resilience during periods of change
Governance, Standards, and Collaboration
Partner closely with the IT Operations and Support Manager to balance change with stability
Establish development standards, controls, and delivery discipline
Provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions through enterprise governance forums
Ensure initiatives respect operational, security, and risk management requirements
Experience and Capabilities
Required
• Ten or more years of experience in IT delivery, applications, or digital transformation
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
• Programming experience and ability to provide technical leadership to a development team.
• Proven experience leading complex projects or portfolios
• Experience working with enterprise platforms including ERP and manufacturing systems
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Highly Valued
• Experience in manufacturing or asset intensive environments
• Practical exposure to automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence
• Experience modernizing legacy systems
• Vendor and systems integrator management experience
