Our hotel team is committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable start to the day for our guests. As a Breakfast Room Attendant, you will help ensure our complimentary buffet breakfast is well-prepared, fully stocked, and presented in a clean and inviting environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and is comfortable with basic cooking tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service

Cook and prepare basic hot breakfast items (bacon, sausages, eggs)

Set out and maintain buffet items including cereals, bread, jam, fruit, and other offerings

Prepare coffee and tea in large urns

Monitor and replenish food items throughout service

Ensure breakfast area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked

Clear and sanitize tables, counters, and buffet stations

Perform custodial and light cleaning duties during and after service

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work safely and report any hazards or maintenance concerns

Support additional duties as required to meet guest and business needs

Skills & Experience

Basic cooking skills required

Food handling experience is an asset

Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Positive attitude with strong guest service skills

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning shifts

Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
