As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be part of the department's workforce dedicated to safeguarding America. Your role involves enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

  • Enforce customs regulations to prevent smuggling of goods

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determines admissibility for entry into the US

  • Makes arrests if necessary

This is a career ladder position with grade levels progression from GS-5 to GS-12. Promotions are at discretion of agency.
