Key Responsibilities:

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws


• Inspecting documents and possessions for citizenship or violations


• Maintaining surveillance at or near borders using infrared scopes during night operations

1. You must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in a law enforcement capacity.
2. Proficient in firearm usage, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants), gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system; physical restraint techniques should be familiar as well. Moreover having proficiency in firearms will allow you also to deal effectively with difficult situations;
