As a Lead Data Analyst, you will: Design and implement analytical solutions to address complex business challenges. Translating complex data into understandable insights for both technical and business teams. About You:
We are looking for candidates who possess: A four-year degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a quantitative field. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis. Strong analytical skills, data mining abilities, and storytelling proficiency backed by statistics. Excellent communication skills, with a capability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams. This position offers a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement, balancing onsite collaboration at our Target HQ in Minnesota with virtual work as needed.
