You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. • Coach and support scrum masters and other stakeholders involved in the Agile approaches to help them improve their knowledge and skills. Identify training needs and make recommendations as required.

  • Conduct an analysis of a client's initial environment, make recommendations and provide support while starting up or turning around Agile projects in order to meet the client's business needs.

  • Monitor changes in the organization and suggest solutions adapted to their Agile maturity level. Keep an eye on the big picture with respect to clients' current and future situations to identify opportunities for improvement in the production team, while protecting against outside interference.
