Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BARTENDERS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and beverage quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding drink recipes.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with banquet service or catering is desirable but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
