Patient Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring seamless communication between patients and provider. This position is essential for enhancing patient experience and facilitating efficient office operations within a chiropractic office setting.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, answering questions, and providing necessary information.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups, ensuring optimal patient flow within the office.
• Collaborate with doctor to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment history and insurance information.
• Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing, ensuring clarity in coverage options.
• Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and financial responsibilities related to their care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assist in creating and engaging content for social media platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of workshops.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical, dental or chiropractic office setting is preferred. We will train right person.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in office administration tasks, including scheduling and record management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, creating a good vibe.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media.
