Full time: Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401k matching, Paid Time Off and Holidays
$21 per hour
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Grounds work, maintain all common areas, outside and inside as needed
- Snow Removal and After hour Emergency Maintenance
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair
- HVAC repairs
- On-Call as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Must have own hand tools
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Electrical knowledge or certification helpful
- Experience working with boiler and cooling towers preferred
- Customer Service attitude
