Counselor (full or part-time)

We provide confidential counseling on a sliding fee scale for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families who are uninsured or under-insured. Individual counseling services as well as groups are provided in our office and in some area schools.

We are hiring part-time or full-time counselors. Qualified candidates will hold a master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology with, or working towards, Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, APSW or MFT. Prior experience working with children and adolescents, families, as well as running groups is preferred. Hours for this position are flexible and may include school-based services and/or clinic-based services with afternoon and evening hours. Salary range is dependent on licensure. Counselors manage their own schedules. Compensation is based on an hourly wage and is not tied to the number of client sessions or insurance reimbursement.
