Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to fill a variety of open roles across the company. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions listed on ncs-, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Proactively source candidates using databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding efforts and promote NCS as an employer of choice
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring policies

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
