POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality pediatric services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role is ideal for a COTA who enjoys early intervention, working closely with families, and being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct OT treatment under OT supervision
• Implement treatment plans aligned with IFSP/plan of care
• Deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions
• Support sensory-motor development, play, and self-help skills
• Provide parent coaching and education
• Document sessions accurately and on time in EMR
• Collaborate with supervising OT and interdisciplinary team

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Active California COTA license (in good standing)
• Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and organized

Preferred

• Experience in home-based EI
• Comfort working with infants and toddlers
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus, not required)
