Executive Recruiter

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process: business development, client partnerships, and candidate placement
• Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients
• Source, screen, and manage high-caliber candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Partner with our Internet Research team to strengthen and scale your talent pipeline
• Craft compelling job postings and targeted outreach campaigns
• Juggle multiple searches and priorities using , Teams, and other productivity platforms

What You'll Need

• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
• A proven track record of building and growing client relationships
• High personal drive and accountability—you know how to run your own desk
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and modern sourcing strategies
• A college degree is preferred, but not required
