Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC/R Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with HVAC systems and refrigeration units, and will be dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration units, including related components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or relevant training preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC/R systems installation and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification (for HVAC/R technicians) preferred.
