Solar Sales Specialist

This is a field-based, direct-to-home lead generation role. You'll be face to face with homeowners, start real conversations about solar, and book qualified appointments for our consultation team. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction/

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
