Litigation Paralegal

A rapidly growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal. This is a full-time position for a sharp, organized, and team-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Coordinate and track court filings, deadlines, and case calendars
• Communicate with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Organize and maintain case files from pre-suit through trial
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and support in courtroom proceedings
• Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses

What We're Looking For:

• Legal experience in litigation is required
• Prior personal injury law experience is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and a team player
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a great sense of humor
• College degree preferred
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
