What you’ll be doing
Improve the experience by applying advanced data tools to monitor performance, identify improvement areas and implement strategic adjustments.
Use deep digital product understanding to introduce impactful changes, from minor refinements to major enhancements.
Approach challenges with a forward‑thinking mindset, identifying untapped opportunities and envisioning future potential.
Translate customer insights into thoughtful design solutions that address pain points.
Conduct thorough user research with clear methodology, ensuring actionable insights that guide the design process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the core problem and align with business goals.
Establish and refine measurable success metrics using data‑driven methods.
Articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence, supported by research, data and logical reasoning.
Essential skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams.
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time.
Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards.
Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
Proficiency in Figma, wireframes, prototypes and visual design.
Knowledge of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to iterate and adapt designs and usability testing.
Experience creating, maintaining, and improving design systems.
Desirable skills
In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets and odds calculation.
Previous online gaming or casino industry experience.
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
