The Business Development Specialist positionat Reference Audio Video and Security is a role that includes serving as our business development lead, promoting relationships with existing and new customers, reaching out to both luxury residential builders and commercial accounts to showcase our integrated tech services.

We're looking for a high-achiever who's comfortable, confident building long-term relationships and who can translate our technology offerings into real value for clients.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone with a strong background in sales or business development—ideally in a related industry, but we're open to candidates with a track record of success in other fields as well. A two- or four-year degree is great, but what really matters is your ability to connect with clients and drive results. If you understand (or are excited to learn about) the world of high-end AV, security, and smart home tech, you'll fit right in.
