Carowinds is seeking a skilled and ambitious Culinary Operations Manager to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. As the park's Sous Chef, this position plays a key leadership role in supporting culinary operations across diverse dining venues, catering events, and seasonal festivals.

This individual will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing multiple facilities.
