Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our bustling distribution center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our logistics network, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory items.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Assemble products and prepare them for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate manual warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies, safely.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- This role requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting of packages throughout the workday.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations by meeting daily performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and potential issues.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial but not required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting is necessary. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A strong emphasis on workplace safety and correct PPE usage. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
