Join our energetic warehouse team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a Warehouse Associate! This versatile role is fundamental to our daily operations, contributing to everything from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual eager to contribute to our logistics success. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities include assisting with the unloading of trucks, organizing inventory on shelves, picking orders accurately, packing items securely for shipment, and preparing outgoing goods. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount, necessitating strict adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain an orderly work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
