We are seeking a dependable Distribution Center Associate for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. This position is a cornerstone of our logistics network, requiring diligence and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Join a team that values hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Engage in frequent Lifting and movement of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Support the seamless flow of products through our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting.
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control concepts is a plus.
