We are looking for you at one of our locations in Eckernförde, Rendsburg or Schleswig as soon as possible in the Networks & Systems – Energy Transition department as a

Head of Grid Management (d/m/w)

Your tasks

responsible for the “Grid Management” division and its development (grid customer support, interface with upstream grid operators and grid-related regulations)
Developing customer-oriented, efficient grid access processes and managing existing contracts with grid customers, generators and storage operators
responsible for managing service providers for the handling of grid management processes
Preparation, negotiation, conclusion and updating of grid contracts with grid customers for electrical energy grids and gas grids
Supervision of current concession agreements and responsible support for new tenders/renewal of concession agreements
Processing customer inquiries and coordinating tasks between customers, suppliers and internal departments
Supporting continuous process optimization
Responsible for processing all issues relating to the Energy Industry Act, in particular customer-related issues relating to grid connection and connection usage as well as the implementation and further development of grid customer-related processes
Supporting digitalization processes in relation to grid customers and market partners

Your profile

successfully completed commercial or technical training with further training as an energy specialist, electrical engineer (d/m/w), or a comparable qualification
sound knowledge of the energy industry
Experience in the preparation and presentation of complex issues
Initiative, business management and interdisciplinary thinking as well as flexibility and commitment
good knowledge of relevant laws and standards, in particular the EnWG and downstream regulations
Know-how in dealing with MS Office applications and relevant technical IT applications
good communication skills in dealing with customers, colleagues and contractors
Class B driving license

General conditions

a permanent full-time employment contract (39 hours/week)
Remuneration according to pay group 9 TV-V
