Votre profil
- Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience in sales. Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Proven ability to negotiate in a competitive environment and high resistance to pressure
- Experience of working as part of a multicultural, multilingual and geographically dispersed team
- Tech enthusiast with CRM experience
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
Vos tâches
- Guidance, empowering and overseeing a group of sales professionals
- Establishing daily/weekly sales objectives, stimulating performance, upholding strong work principles and team moral
- Contribution to strategic plans in improving the team performance and important metrics
- Building and maintaining a dedication culture passionate about delivering first class sales support
