Votre profil

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a social media manager, ideally within the luxury sector
• Fluent written and spoken English skills are required, with proficiency in French being highly valued
• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a Digital Learning role, with knowledge of blended learning and learner experience methodologies
• Good understanding of the premium or luxury segment
• A customer and retail-oriented mindset

Vos tâches

• Managing relationships with service providers, negotiating terms, organizing workshops, and implementing improvements and upgrades
• Acting as super key user for platform administration, overseeing access administration for learners, local trainers, and other users
• Developing blended learning strategies that prioritize learner experience
• Managing international upgrades and changes to the platform
• Providing training, mentorship, and support to local key users
• Monitoring and reporting on innovative approaches, tools, and trends in blended, digital, and global learning
