Our hiring company is a booming SME active within the tech industry. They created a job offer for a Marketing Lead to integrate into their teams in Geneva, Switzerland location. The salary range for this position is CHF90-120K/ year. (depending on the years of experience)

Votre profil

  • Professional experience: 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent/native) AND either French (C1+, fluent/native) or German (C1+, fluent/native)
  • Strong hands-on experience with technical marketing activities linked to SEO, SEA, email, CRM, community management
  • Excellent knowledge & previous professional experience in the e-commerce space
  • Someone very dynamic, hands-on, service oriented and a do-er attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in at least 2 of the mandatory languages mentioned above
  • Good CRM experience
  • Tech enthusiast
  • Strong plus: previous experience in the F&B industry

Vos tâches

  • Working alongside the CSMO & the CEO to continue growing and expanding market share, contributing to critical company decisions
  • Assist in management of some of the Marketing team
  • Drive sales through various acquisition efforts
  • Helping them expand geographically and further develop their service offering
  • Run all the marketing related tasks such as the SEO, SEA, CRM, PR, Social Medias, etc.
  • Working alongside a marketing agency for some of the campaigns and externalized tasks
  • Provide analysis and suggestions to continue improving and growing with the upcoming marketing trends, stay alert on competitor analysis
