Technical Business Analyst

Votre profil

• Fluent in English (C1+)
• 4+ years of experience in Tech Business Analysis in a tech scale-up
• Technical background and proven work experience on a technical product
• Experience in startup and fast-growing environments
• Excellent knowledge of Business Analysis, interviewing users, writing user stories, grooming product backlog and prioritizing in a changing environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, Scenario Analysis, JIRA, Confluence
• Go, Javascript or other programming experience is a plus, Blockchain experience also
• You are hungry for challenges, bring critical thinking, proven leadership, goal oriented, great interpersonal and communication skills

Vos tâches

• Together with the product managers, you will assist in devising long term strategy for product requirements, provide insight and supporting analysis for product use cases target markets, and decide specific go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate closely with product managers and architects to develop and challenge the product roadmaps
• Write user stories, features or acceptance test, interact with the development team to ensure questions were answered promptly as they arose during user story development and testing
• Work with product managers in analyzing business use cases and deriving user stories for product development teams
• Assist in building product line strategy positioning
• Build reports and quantitative analysis of market competition, and sectors to derive suggestions and plans on target markets for product line
• Play an active part in backlog-refinement sessions with the Agile/DevOps team
• Work with Business Development teams to help determine what products can be built to meet client demands, and also evaluate which products will generate the most returns for the company
