Due to their activity, they are looking for a Service Desk Lvl 2 to join their team based in Geneva, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHK75-100K/year (depending on skills of the candidates).

Votre profil
- You have EU working permit
- 2+ years experience in Service Desk Lvl 2
- Fluent in French and good understanding of English (Oral and written)
- You are curious and programatically
Vos tĂąches
- You will manage Office 365 full solutions (Licencing, Security/Compliance, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams)
- Manage and optimize workstations deployment, maintenance with Intune enrollment
- Manage VOIP solution and device configuration
- Manage On-premise network components (Switch/Firewall/AccessPoint)
- Provide End-User support
