Solution Engineer (Genesys)

The hiring company is an international company specialised into the digital Customer Experience. As they are growing, they are looking for a Solution Engineer with some Genesys knowledge to join their team remotely from Switzerland or in their Zurich office. The salary range for this position is CHF100-160K / year (depending on the experience).

Vos tâches

Plan, integrate and expand complex ICT systems based on Genesys technologies for the customers

Conduct workshops and needs analysis

Concept, design and feasibility studies of contact centre solutions

Coordinate and manage customer projects

Cooperation with internal and external project managers and partners, and ensuring the company quality standards

Votre profil

Fluent English (C1+), knowledge of French and/or German is a big plus

First experience or knowledge on Genesys

Experience with building and design of ICT solutions

Client oriented, good communication skills and eager to learn new technologies
