Incident Management on various R-DBMS, such as Oracle (Real Application Clusters, Oracle Database Appliance, Data Guard), PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB under Linux and Windows environments with virtualization technologies
CMDB maintenance and administration
Ticket management
