Votre profil

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management (ideally within the recruitment industry)
  • You are fluent in English (C1+ level) and German (native/mother tongue)
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in in any discipline with a strong academic track record
  • You are strong in sales with a proven track record
  • You have a good knowledge of account/client management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Instead of problems, you see opportunities for improvement
  • You love to convince others of who you are
  • You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change the environment
  • You are a true warrior, believe in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry
  • You like to do tasks outside of your job scope within an agile environment

Vos tâches

  • Being the contact person at TieTalent for interested customers in a specified area
  • Networking and building customer relationships
  • Selling our SaaS Platform to new clients
  • Supporting customers with their first touch points with our platform
  • You present TieTalent via digital and non-digital channels
  • Working closely with our talent sourcer team to support new clients
  • You acquire new enterprise partners for our innovative platform
  • You identify appropriate solutions to meet the needs of our customers
  • You take responsibility in the fulfillment of our mission
