They are now looking for a lead developer/architect who will help them grow their presence within Switzerland.

• Proven ability to articulate, present, and defend technical visions to both internal teams and customer stakeholders across all levels.
• Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experienced in leading development teams of 4 or more members.
• Skilled in understanding business challenges and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in software development:
• Proficiency in.NET and C# is a plus.
• Strong grasp of object-orientated design and SOLID principles.
• Expertise in automated unit and integration testing.
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experienced in estimating application development efforts.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies.
• Practical experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies is advantageous.

Architectural Skills:

• Competence in gathering and documenting non-functional requirements from stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated success in designing modern, cloud-native software systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns and best practices, with the ability to assess their applicability to specific situations.
• Experience with Azure cloud architecture.
