Walker Healthforce is seeking a Solutions Architect / Technical Product Owner for a remote contract opportunity supporting a consulting engagement.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of Solutions Architecture experience Experience serving as a Technical Product Owner Strong background in enterprise data integration and data platform architecture Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies and backlog ownership Experience with Databricks, Kafka, and modern cloud data ecosystems Experience designing scalable enterprise integration platforms Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience leading architecture and engineering initiatives JOB DESCRIPTION:
Own the product backlog and drive prioritization for enterprise data platform initiatives. Decompose epics and business requirements into developer-ready user stories and technical specifications. Design scalable, reusable data integration and ingestion capabilities. Define architecture standards and integration patterns for batch and streaming data pipelines. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver cloud-native solutions. Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, PI Planning activities, and backlog refinement sessions. Develop proof-of-concepts and reference implementations to accelerate platform adoption. Support enterprise data governance, discoverability, and platform enablement initiatives. Align business stakeholders and technical teams on roadmap priorities and architecture direction. Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans. TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Python, PySpark, PyFlink Databricks & Databricks Lakeflow Kafka, Kafka Connect, Debezium ETL/ELT Pipelines SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB AWS EventBridge, AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS Google Pub/Sub, Azure Event Hub REST APIs GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes AI/ML and LLM Integration Patterns PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience implementing AI-enabled enterprise platforms Cloud-native architecture expertise Experience building reusable platform services Strong enterprise architecture background Data governance and metadata management experience Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives WHAT WE OFFER:
